aamba vadi / aambyachi vadi

aamba vadi

ingredients

cup  mango pulp 
(ratnagiri or devagad alphonso mango) 
cup   sugar
cup  cardamom powder

procedure

. take thick bottom pan add mango pulp and sugar and cook on low flame stirring continuously.
. add cardomom powder and cook further till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan and sticks to the spatula you are stiriing with.
. tranfer to the steel tray or plain surfece greased with ghee or oil .
. now press with your palms equally putting some ghee to your palm.
. spread to 1/4 inch thickness and immediately cut in to desire shape .
. cool and transfer to air tight jar .can be stored for 1 month.

tip--- you can also use rolling pin instead of your hand but grease it with ghee
          you can also make thickness as per your liking
